  • Risk/insurance data

How to get removed

  1. Open the LexisNexis opt-out page.
  2. Select the basis for your request (e.g. safety, legal right).
  3. Complete the form with your identifying details and submit.

Risk-data broker; removal limited to certain grounds.

Requests on safety grounds (e.g. stalking risk, public-facing roles) are the most likely to succeed.

This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.

Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
