How to get removed

  1. Open Apollo's removal page and enter your work email address.
  2. Press 'Get verification information' and complete the step they send you.
  3. Apollo keeps the address you entered solely so it can honour the opt-out in future. That is expected, not a failure to delete.
  4. For a formal erasure decision rather than an opt-out, email privacy@apollo.io — or write to their EU representative at apollo@lionheartsquared.eu, which gives you a European addressee.

One of the largest B2B contact databases in the world: work email, direct dial, job title, employer. Built from public sources and from contact lists uploaded by its own customers. Any UK resident in a business role is very likely listed.

Most people-search sites keep buying fresh public records, and Apollo.io is one of them — re-uploaded by customers importing their own contact lists. A removed listing can reappear months later under a new URL. The reliable fix is cutting off the source where you can — in the UK that is the open electoral register — and re-checking on a schedule.

Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
