- Open the opt-out form and choose 'I am the subject'.
- Enter your first name, last name and email address.
- Complete the CAPTCHA and submit.
- Click the confirmation link they email you.

Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
