How to get removed
- On spokeo.com, search your full name (add your city/state to narrow it).
- Open the listing that is actually you and copy its URL from the address bar.
- Go to the opt-out page and paste that profile URL into the URL field.
- Enter your email, tick the reCAPTCHA, and click Opt Out.
- Open Spokeo's confirmation email and click the link to finish.
Find your listing first, then opt out by its URL.
You may have several Spokeo listings, and each URL must be opted out individually.
Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
