How to get removed

  1. Open Your Privacy Choices and choose the Do Not Sell or Share route.
  2. Complete the linked form with the details exactly as your listing shows them.
  3. Use the data-subject rights portal as well if you want deletion rather than suppression.
  4. Expect them to ask follow-up questions to tie the request to your record.

A hub rather than a form: a Do Not Sell route, a third-party data-subject portal, and a separate 'Covered Person' route for judges and police that does need proof of status. The ordinary route does not.

This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.

Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
