Smart-TV viewing data, collected from the television itself. Their privacy centre links a notice of the right to opt out and an industry opt-out tool; turning the feature off on the TV matters as much as the form.
Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
