- Give name, address, phone, SSN and date of birth.
- Choose five-year or permanent.
- Their separate security-freeze and consumer-report routes are on the same site.

Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
