How to get removed
- Search your first name, last name, city and state on the removal page.
- Select the record that is you.
- Read /redact-id first, then send only the minimum identity evidence they will accept, with the document number and photo covered.
- Allow up to five business days.
Their page states plainly: 'ID required. You'll need to provide proof of your identity before we can complete your request.' Read /redact-id before you send anything.
Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
