How to get removed
- Phone 1-888-327-4376, or post the request to the Atlanta opt-out address.
- Ask for your disclosure report separately on 1-866-349-5185.
- Consider a freeze on 1-866-349-5355 — a different control from the opt-out.
The telecoms and utilities exchange — a file most people have never heard of. There is NO web opt-out: it is phone (1-888-327-4376) or post only. Disclosure and freeze run through their consumer portal instead.
Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
