How to get removed
- Use the Data Axle Consumer Privacy Rights Request form.
- Name Exact Data in the request as well, so the record is unambiguous.
- Or email privacyteam@data-axle.com asking for deletion from both files.
Exact Data's own privacy policy routes every consumer request to Data Axle — the same form and the same inbox. One request covers both, so do not do this twice.
Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
