How to get removed
- Open the Consumer Privacy Rights Request form.
- Enter your name, address, email and phone.
- Choose 'Request to delete' as well as 'opt out of sale/sharing' — they are separate choices.
- Submit; the form warns they may contact you to confirm your identity.

Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
