How to get removed

  1. Open the opt-out notice and follow its Opt-Out Form link.
  2. Give the details exactly as your listing shows them.
  3. Submit, and confirm by email if they ask.
  4. Re-check in a month: people-search records are rebuilt from public sources.

Their 'Notice of Right to Opt-Out of Sale and Sharing' offers an online form or a phone line on (855) 240-6392. The often-quoted /removal URL is dead — this is the live one.

Most people-search sites keep buying fresh public records, and Advanced Background Checks is one of them. A removed listing can reappear months later under a new URL. The reliable fix is cutting off the source where you can — in the UK that is the open electoral register — and re-checking on a schedule.

Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
