How to get removed
- Open their removal form and complete it in your own name.
- Typically 21 days to take effect. The legal deadline is 30 days either way - we count it and tell you the day it lapses.

Why you come back
This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.
