How to get removed

  1. Open their removal form and complete it in your own name.
  2. Typically 21 days to take effect. The legal deadline is 30 days either way - we count it and tell you the day it lapses.

Optional - only offer when the user reports charity mail.

This one does not re-acquire, so a completed removal holds. Most do not: the holders that buy public records re-buy them about every four months, which is why the rest of this register is re-checked rather than ticked off.

Opt-out processes change. If a step no longer matches what you see, tell us and we’ll update it.
